I was really disappointed with the apartment. It sits on the third floor and there's no elevator, so I had to haul my luggage up the stairs. I got there late at night and there were no supermarkets open nearby. The apartment didn't provide bottled water, so I had to drink tap water, which I usually avoid in Skopje. The place was dirty: the kettle had a lot of limescale, the dish sponge was already used and dirty, and some cups and a frying pan were left unwashed even though they looked like they were ready to use. There were barely any cooking utensils or basic kitchen items. The hot water problem was also annoying; at first I was told the solar-heated water had run out, but eventually a technician had to come during my stay to fix the heater. Customer service did reply to my messages, but I wasn't happy with how the situation was handled and I didn't get a proper apology. The apartment isn't cheap, and I think there are much better options in Macedonia for the same price. I wouldn't stay here again.

The move-in looked just like the photos and the location was good and practical. The cleanliness could have been better, especially the floor and the bathroom. The biggest issue was parking. Even though we parked on a street where there was no parking restriction, the neighbors threatened to call the police, so we had to look for parking farther away. Also, during our stay there was no hot water. When we reported the problem, the host said a technician had been called and that there was a system issue. I understand that unforeseen defects can happen, but if the problem had been known before we arrived, we should have been informed in a timely manner.

The place was in a lovely, quiet neighborhood that was easy to find, with safe and convenient parking. The beautiful design and high‑quality materials made us feel right at home. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay.
