The location was good and the property spacious. They arranged a comfortable, reasonably priced transfer from Marsa Alam to Luxor, and the local manager was flexible with check‑in/out times. However, the stay felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel: the property was a house (one of several) run by a local representative, not a fully serviced hotel. The bathroom lacked basic toiletries such as soap, and there was no housekeeping—towels were never cleaned or replaced. Electrical switches were scarce and far from the bed, making charging hard. Food was outsourced; on one occasion we received only bread for breakfast with no sides, and we were offered dry falafel or jam, which we were told were unavailable in the market. They apologized and gave a box of sweets for the kids, but we still had to pay for breakfast elsewhere. We also booked a day trip through the local manager, but the taxi arrived late without apology and the driver was rude. The car had no air conditioning, which was very uncomfortable in the heat. The local manager’s unprofessional, impolite behavior added further inconvenience. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations for a hotel stay.

The apartment was very spacious. We ordered a very good dinner and ate on the roof terrace. The staff were very friendly, and we were even picked up free of charge from the train station.

The apartment was very comfortable and large, with everything needed for a few days in Luxor. Mohamed and his family were very helpful and always attentive to our needs. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next trip to Luxor. Everything was fine!

Breakfast was pretty good, the location is great on the west side close to the shore and the ferry terminal, the host tries to accommodate requests, and Taya even personally took us shopping. Sometimes the water stops, and there is no hair dryer.
