The staff were genuinely friendly and the room, along with the facilities, felt top‑notch. I could even see the tennis courts in the nearby sports complex from my window—if they’re open to the public, that would be a bonus. The only downside is the location; it’s a 10‑15 minute drive from the railway station, so it’s not the most convenient spot for train travelers.

Breakfast was outstanding—clean food, professional service, and every employee wore a smile that showed the management really cares. On the room side, the bathroom and shower doors creaked loudly when opened, and I didn’t see any vacuuming during cleaning, which left some dust behind. The overall experience was mixed because of those housekeeping details.

I was let down by this place; I paid extra to upgrade to a four‑bedroom but was given a room with only two beds, so the promised upgrade never materialized. That extra cost felt wasted, and I left feeling pretty dissatisfied.
