The villa looked stunning, and the staff greeted us, gave local tips, and offered to arrange meals if needed; however, the area is under construction, so many places were closed, making the neighborhood very quiet and devoid of tourists, which wasn’t a big problem.

The place was spotless and super comfortable, feeling like home. No complaints at all.

The staff communicated quickly, replying via the booking platform and Zalo before and during our stay. The villa, D22, sits in a gated community next to the Wonderland Museum theme park. It was very clean and roomy, with two levels and three bedrooms. Mrs Thuy greeted us at check‑in and showed us around; she was very friendly and we used translator apps on our phones. D22 is just across the small road from the Mad Hatter café and pool, which is directly on the beach, so we could walk out to the shore. To the west lies Wonderland and another resort, Dhawa, whose breakfast buffet is decent but pricey at 500k per person. To the east is the pier with a few restaurants. Otherwise, a taxi is needed to get around. About 10 minutes east is Ho Tram, a small tourist spot with good seafood and juice stands. For more local flavor, 25 minutes west takes you to the bustling fishing village of Phước Hải. The villa felt like a hotel: clean and convenient, with towels, robes, and soft bedding in plenty; modern fixtures and great water pressure; disposable toiletries like toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, and shower caps; large bottles of Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash; house shoes; air conditioning in each room plus fans; a dining table; TVs in every room; and free passes to Wonderland. It was also very homey and stocked for our extended stay, featuring a full kitchen with many dishes and cookware, rice and a rice cooker, cooking oil and basic sauces, an air fryer; a washer/dryer with detergent; a fenced yard with patio furniture (lounge chairs, picnic table, umbrellas); inflatable pool toys, goggles, a yoga mat; and two bicycles. We didn’t find anything lacking in the accommodations. The villas are beautifully maintained with lush gardens, but the area feels a bit odd. The Mad Hatter restaurant had a nice menu, yet the kitchen was often closed. Many villas appear to be under renovation and most storefronts are vacant. Nearby, there are many partially constructed hotels and resorts. The nearest beach was pretty clean, and we found plenty of cool shells and built sandcastles. Walking along the shore, however, there was a lot of litter. Some resorts tried to tidy up, but stretches near construction sites were riddled with trash. Another point is that this area is quite far from SGN airport; it took us 2.5‑3 hours by car.
