The location is good, near Nagoya station.
The staff was very helpful, and having Spanish-speaking staff made a big difference for us.
The room is clean
The rooms are pretty small, though - even with storage space under the bed, it's still a bit cramped.

“ナイスでした”
The grilled fish at breakfast would be better if actually grilled, the tray was too small, I wanted fruit, the rice was hard, and the tiny receipt given at check‑in was bulky, so it would be nicer to combine everything onto one sheet.
“まあまあ、良かった”
The large bath was good. The breakfast menu in the morning was limited.
There’s a public hot‑tub and even the single rooms aren’t cramped; restaurants and a convenience store are nearby, and the Toyota Rent a Car office is just a short walk away. The lobby even has a luggage scale, which made the last night before heading home very convenient. The downside is that the building is high up, so waiting for the two elevators can take a while, and on one day the public tub was filled with warm water instead of hot—something I hadn’t experienced before.
“まじで神”
The place was spotless, just a stone’s throw from the station, and the big public bath was a nice perk, all for a very reasonable price; the only hassle was that, as a first‑time guest at an APA Hotel, I couldn’t drop off my luggage unless I had installed their app beforehand, and I wish they had made that requirement clear.
“まあこんなものか。”
There was nothing particularly special about the stay, and when I mentioned that I was feeling unwell, the staff dealt with it in a very business‑like, impersonal manner.
