“Not worth the stay”
The location is good. WiFi is limited, blinds and carpet are dirty, and there was no vacuum to clean. The owners didn’t communicate well. The hot tub was a bit dirty. Towels and toilet rolls were stored under the bed.
“Good for the price”
The beds were super comfy, but it would have been nice if there was a hoover or a sweeping brush. There wasn’t any place to hang my kids’ washing. The TV signal didn’t work and the Wi‑Fi didn’t work properly.

“A pleasant stay in a great location”
The property was beautifully decorated and very clean, and the beds were really comfortable. The hot tub was crystal clear on our arrival day and we really enjoyed using it. There was so much storage space to keep the place tidy and it was great having so much seating – the sofas, dining table and breakfast bar. An air fryer was provided, which was so handy to have as the oven wasn’t very fast at cooking. The property is near Nelson’s in the park, a lovely café, the café at Eshott airfield is also very close and it was great to watch the planes take off. We also visited Alnwick gardens, which was only 10 mins away, and there were lots of shops in Alnwick to keep us stocked up. Wi‑Fi was terrible, struggled to watch Netflix etc kids couldn’t get on iPads. No extra bin bags. No kitchen roll. No hoover or brush for the carpets. No parasol for the hot tub (despite a parasol showing in the pictures) and it was raining when we were there.

The caravan was immaculate. Everything we needed. The bed was very comfy. The shower was very easy to work and plenty hot water. Amazing hot tub. Very private area on a big park. Nothing. It was perfect.
