“Te amamos Rivaldo eres Genial !”

The place was lovely and spectacular; I left happy and eager to return, especially thanks to the very kind, honest, helpful, cordial, and educated young man named Rivaldo and the loving girls who work there. The food was divine, particularly the breakfasts, and the location is excellent with great prices. I couldn’t attend the hostel’s many activities because I was always running around, but it was still fantastic and I’d recommend it. I won’t add more praise because I already covered the staff’s attention; not everyone at reception is the same, each has their own personality, but overall it’s respectable.

The staff were friendly and the location was great, making the overall experience pretty solid; I liked everything, so there’s nothing to worry about.

The rooms were clean and tidy, and the shared areas were really nice too; the staff were friendly and very helpful. I went on a tour with them, but the logistics weren’t great and the tour services could use improvement.

“Oké”

The room was in good condition and the hostel was nicely decorated; you could leave your backpack for the Salkantay trek. The cleaning could be better, and while the staff were friendly, they were sometimes unclear or forgot arrangements.
