Shangri-La Qufu

I had a truly magnificent experience. The staff were fantastic; Vanessa taught me calligraphy and explained Confucius’s sayings, then helped me sort my laundry so it’d be back on time. The front desk staff were always helpful and upbeat, and the breakfast staff were friendly, guiding me through Shandong cuisine. Everyone offered a warm Shandong welcome. Two lobby ladies kept my drinks and hot water ready, and they explained the lucky meaning of my room number. The room service, buffet, and Confucius family restaurant all served exceptional food. I loved the Confucius cuisine; everything was professional yet had a personal touch. Coming from far away, I felt right at home. Thank you all! And the magic water calligraphy in my bedroom—yes, 100%!
