The breakfasts were very good, and the real highlight of the hotel was the staff. The reception was extremely helpful, with Mr. Paweł being professional, friendly, and very supportive, which made our stay and city sightseeing easier. We’re back for the second time at Hotel Central and can’t find anything to complain about. The staff speaks German very well, so there are almost no communication problems. The hotel is centrally located, so you can walk to all the main spots at any time. We were all thrilled and will definitely come back next year. The only point that feels pointless is that anyone who has a complaint should stay at home; there’s nothing to criticize here.
