The staff are friendly and attentive, and the location is convenient. The room and bathroom have mildew, a stale smell, the bathroom is inconvenient and hot water is hard to adjust. Leo claimed to have booked tickets for the Forbidden City for us but lied about it, which is unacceptable for a hotel.

The place sits close to a metro station and the breakfast is good. The smell of sewage was noticeable and should be fixed. Next to my room there was a cupboard used by the staff that made noise.
