“Гарний номер, просторий, зручний. Якби не неприємний запах в санвузлі, то ідеальний. Також не сподобалось, що адміністра”
Everything was clean, the bed was big and comfortable, the mirror was large. The room was fairly convenient. When there was an air‑raid alert, finding the hotel was quite difficult. I called twice and no one answered. If not for passers‑by giving directions, I would have wandered longer. The bathroom also had an unpleasant smell.
“Очень атмосферно”
The admins were wonderful, they showed and explained everything. The vibe in the room and the reception was very cool. They asked for vinyl and we listened to 10 records. The bar was literally just outside the gate. Morning coffee with a lovely spoon. The only minor downside was the small room. We were in a room with Mick Jagger.
The concept is really cool, with vinyl flooring in every room – it's almost unreal. I definitely recommend giving it a try, but they forgot to provide robes even though they were supposed to.
“Приємні враження”
Convenient location, walked from the sea. Friendly administrator, the room had everything needed. You can go down to the parking during the bombardment. The windows were dirty.
“Я вважаю що готель хороший, зручне розташування. Паркінгу немає, але авто завжди можна поставити десь поруч. Хоча інколи”
The location was convenient. Walking to the sea takes 35–40 minutes, by car 10 minutes. The same distance to Arcadia. When there was no light the elevator worked, which is definitely essential in modern times. Initially we booked a room without a window. After the bombardments there was no light for most of the day, it was impossible to stay there because there was simply no fresh air for a comfortable stay. We decided to move to the second hotel, where they offered us a windowed room (no extra charge) that was already fine for sleeping when there was no light. But if there are no power problems, the hotel is good, the rooms are convenient and the concept is interesting. For our money the hotel is good. During the day the administrator works, she is attentive and pleasant. At night the admins are half good, because the guy is friendly and ready to help or advise if there are any questions, but the girl is a bit frosty, if that can be said, but that definitely describes it. The place, the view from the window, the elevator and the management that wants to sort out any issues that arise are pleasant moments. Three issues: 1. The girl who is the night admin: she sometimes greets in reply and we had a moment when the toilet paper ran out, then there was a whole “protocol” of calls to the senior admin to get permission to give us another roll for the second day. While that was being resolved, it was good we had our own paper and the situation wasn’t disastrous. Also when we moved from one room to another, we told the same girl that we would leave things in the drawers and food in the fridge, because they were supposed to clean during the day after previous guests. They arrived from the beach and threw out everything from the fridge because she forgot to inform the senior admin that our stuff was there; it was good that some items remained in the wardrobe. These are not the only pleasant situations, although they are small. It’s important to be more attentive. 2. I understood that rooms are cleaned and trash is taken out only on request, although once a day or at least twice a day you could change towels, sweep and throw out trash. 3. It was stated that you could order breakfasts, but we were refused. I don’t know if this is always the case or related to power problems, so it’s just information. Because with the light there were indeed constant outages.
