Season 4 Residences Thiruvanmiyur

Location is very prime and nearby to tiruvanmiyur bus stand. Safe for family stay. Naphthalene Balls are used more and the smell which it produce makes it uncomfortable to stay initially, we need to open doors and windows and give some time ventilation to reduce the smell which it has produced and the Air conditioner particularly in my room i felt like the output throw was not so sufficient. I think so regular maintance in required for it. Car parking is available for only 2 slots so on peak days getting slot is difficult and we need to park our car outside

“Budget friendly”

“Horrid”

The place smelled like naphthalene balls and that gave me a headache; I was supposed to stay two nights but left early. The bed was also uncomfortable. Everything was a problem.

“Not upto mark”

The room had cockroaches and a toilet smell, and the bathroom ventilation was poorly positioned, so the whole room smelled.

The staff were friendly, but there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room and the food choices were disappointing.
