The staff were helpful and spoke several languages, which made communication easy. The room had a refrigerator and full-length mirrors, great for getting ready. Cleaning was lacking—especially the bed, which smelled like the sheets and comforters hadn’t been changed, making the stay uncomfortable. The pillows felt more like cushions and weren’t suitable for sleeping.

“Waste of Money!”

The door wouldn’t seal, there was a big gap, and the handle barely latched. The TV was broken when we arrived. They wouldn’t move us to another room even though we booked a “pet friendly” room, and the manager claimed all “pet friendly” rooms were the same as the one we were in. We left and filed a complaint.

The parking was good, everything else was bad.

“Terrible experience”

Nothing. Set up an early check-in at booking, but was greeted with terrible customer service and was told we had to leave and come back. We were 1 hour early. Basic check-in was at 3, and we arrived at 2. We came back at 4, and the room was still not ready, and we were told we had to come back. I refused the room that was already paid for should have been ready by check hours.We traveled all night and went to a funeral right when we got into town. We were ready to rest. We were put in a room that was not cleaned dead bugs everywhere and a whole in the bathroom ceiling. Continental breakfast was waffles, but the batter barley came out, juice and coffee nothing else offered
