The staff were courteous and the location was good, but it was too pricey and didn’t offer enough value for money; the floors weren’t mopped and were sticky, toiletries were insufficient, and the sheets needed more cleaning.

The price was outrageous for the shoddy condition of the room and the facilities; we paid 7800 for a place that wasn’t even worth 3k, and after we complained about ants in the bathroom and a broken shower panel, they swapped rooms but the new one still didn’t justify a 3.5k price tag, so we ended up paying more than double what we should have, which really hurt us. Cleanliness and cost were the main issues.

The place was clean, the breakfast was good, and the bathroom was fine, but we had to wait an hour for the toiletries and food we ordered to be delivered to our room.

Conveniently located near the shrine, but the toilets need a bit of maintenance.

The staff were overall very friendly and supportive.
