The location is close to the airport, but the room price feels high for what you actually get.
“Una notte a Juneau”
The staff were welcoming, the room was spacious and clean, and it’s easy to walk from the airport. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is tidy with good accessories. The only downside is the toilet seat; if you need to go downtown you have to take public transport. Overall, I give it a positive rating.
This has a tired 70s hotel vibe, but it's clean and comfy, and very convenient if you're coming in late and flying out early. They run a great free shuttle service to both the AMH ferry terminal and the airport, and the cost is on par with Alaska prices (although about 3 times what you would normally pay for this standard of hotel in the lower 48.). The food choices! Without a car your choice is Donna's (didn't try it) or Valley (awful, but memorable. rocking the 60s diner vibe, which was the clealy last time they updated it.)
