I recently stayed at a hotel that was hosting a wedding party, which caused a lot of crowds in the lobby and reception area. The hotel management decided to turn off the elevator and lock the terrace, which made it difficult for me to access my room on the third floor. I had booked the room primarily for its location and the pool on the rooftop, which offered a stunning mountain view.

I was disappointed with my stay at a hotel that seemed to have a miscommunication with regarding the cost of kids. Despite the website already taking payment, the hotel staff asked us to pay again. To make matters worse, the rooms were not clean, and the restrooms were in a terrible condition. I would strongly advise against selecting this hotel for your stay.
