Our stay was fantastic! We received a huge room that felt more like a complete apartment. Everything was spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped. Truly wonderful and highly recommended!

Nestled on Prospector Square, Raintree’s Park Plaza Park City offers complimentary shuttle to historic Main Street and ski lifts, plus free covered parking. Each room features a flat‑screen TV, DVD player, and either a kitchenette or full kitchen. Guests enjoy a heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, game room, and on‑site BBQ. Deer Valley is a 10‑minute drive.

They added a resort fee that wasn’t in the booking terms, then reversed it, only to charge it again after checkout and ignore all my attempts to resolve it. On top of that, the security deposit hasn’t been refunded even after two weeks.

The room was amazing, spacious, and very clean, feeling like home, but it was a bit confusing to find where everything was and parking was also tricky to figure out.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, but the room had several technical issues. Because of a construction nearby the price was reduced, so it was acceptable; at the regular rate it would never have been worth it.
