Location, location, location. Parking was busy on a Sunday, but the next day was fine.

The staff were helpful and friendly, giving clear directions to the hotel. The location was great, with a lovely view of Duomo Cathedral from the windows, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and had air‑conditioning. I especially liked the large opening windows. In the evening I could hear a bit through the door, but once the other guests settled it was quiet for the rest of the night.

The staff were wonderful and the location was perfect. My room was very clean and I loved the balcony. Nothing else to complain about – everything was flawless.
