The Garden Motel is adorable and unique, a truly lovely place to stay, and we didn’t find anything we didn’t like.

It was quite close to downtown, but the room was very small, the beds uncomfortable, the shower only, the bathroom tiny, and the bathroom fan was loud.

This small, family‑run motel is perfect for a stopover while driving across Washington; the room was spotless and fairly comfortable, even though we chose a smaller one to save money, and the price was very reasonable. The in‑room coffee service was a real plus, and check‑in and check‑out went smoothly. We’ll gladly return. The downside was that on a hot summer day the tiny air conditioner took a while to cool the room.
