The rooms were spotless, and the staff were always happy to help with any questions or requests we had.
The location is seriously unbeatable, right in the heart of the action with loads of shopping sites and restaurants just a stone's throw away.
The hotel itself was also a pleasant surprise, with a fresh and clean scent that greeted us as soon as we walked in.

I’ve stayed at this hotel for the third time and the location is unbeatable; the parking is free and right in front of the hotel, and the rooms are spacious and very pleasant.
The staff were extremely friendly, but the bathroom door swings inward awkwardly, which made the space feel cramped.

The room layout and fully equipped kitchen were very comfortable, and the proximity to the airport and places like Dolohin Mall is great. However, there was a cigarette smell in the room and the air conditioning was very noisy.

When I arrived, a noisy blower was left in the room drying a carpet that was soaked with something like water; I wasn’t told about it and had to call for it to be removed. The opening between the main area and the room was too small to let cool air pass, so the room stayed at 80°F while the main area was 74°F. Overall I liked the hotel and would come back, though I wish I’d known about it earlier. As a pilot, I’ve slept in many Miami hotels from 1982 to 2018 when I retired. I couldn’t enjoy it because I was there from 7 p.m. to 3 a.m., only half a night.
