“Great value, and great comfortable stay”
This hotel is a real gem, especially if you're looking for somewhere close to the airport. The mattresses are incredibly comfortable, and the check-in and checkout process was seamless. The room itself was massive, with plenty of space to lay out our belongings. The shower even had a closing glass door, which is a nice touch. We were really impressed with the hotel's amenities and service.
“Great option if you are cycling”
We were really happy with the location of this place - it's in a quiet neighborhood that's easy to get to with our bikes. Plus, the room had a coffee machine, which was a nice touch. The only downside was that check-in was a bit late, at 3 pm.
“Cleanliness could be better, beyond that you get what you pay for”
The hotel's prices were reasonable, which was a major plus, but unfortunately, our stay got off to a pretty rocky start. We checked in to find our room was still in the middle of being cleaned, which was a bit of a shock. Luckily, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and they sorted us out with a new room right away. However, it wasn't perfect - the second room had been missed by housekeeping, and the tea and coffee supplies were still empty.
“Super nice hotel”
The staff here were super friendly and welcoming, and the bar area was a great place to relax. The check-out process was also really smooth. We didn't have any issues with our stay, and the hotel seemed to have everything we needed. The only thing we could say is that the hotel's Portuguese language skills could be improved, but that's a minor quibble.
The hotel's location is a real plus, right in the heart of the city, but unfortunately, the noise from the street can be a bit much. The room itself was small but spotless, and the bed was comfy, which is a must for me. The staff, though, were absolute stars - they went above and beyond to help me out with everything from directions to restaurant recommendations. I was a bit worried about the noise, but the staff made up for it with their top-notch service.
