The bathrooms were super clean, even with a lot of young people around they never got dirty.
The spot is right next to the bus terminal and a quick ten‑minute walk to downtown.
The place was pretty empty, so it stayed very quiet, which was exactly what I wanted.
The staff let me keep it open until my transfer, which was a big plus.

“Matig”
The price was low and it was within walking distance of the center. The mattress, pillows, and towels were worn, and the shower had very little pressure and was hard to adjust; hot water even stopped when the sun was lower. The key broke in the lock, so we couldn’t get in, and we couldn’t contact the owner for another key until the next morning.
Everything was great, perfect cleanliness, an automated terminal across the street, a 4‑minute walk to the center, a grocery store opposite, a fully equipped kitchen with tea, coffee, and sugar, and welcoming hosts. The only issue was the shower, which was either boiling or cold; fixing that would make it perfect.
