The overall ambience and staff behaviour, the comfort, and the location were all good, but the sanitation of the washrooms needs improvement and they should add snack options if a full meal isn’t possible.

The spot sits in a great area of Ujjain, close to everything you want to see, and it’s pet friendly so I could bring my animal along. Unlike other places here, there’s plenty of open space to wander and relax outside, so it never felt cramped. My kids were thrilled by the two friendly dogs and the cows on the farm. The property was spotless and the rooms were super comfy. The host was very helpful and met all our requests. The downside was the food delivery system – it takes a long time to arrive. There’s no Uber or Ola, only an E‑Rickshaw, so guests need to plan around that.

There is ample safe parking, peaceful environment. The room was not clean, no food available at the property. Not value for money considering the price and facilities on offer
