“Emplacement excellent!”

The location is ideal, although a bit noisy, but overall convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful. The apartment is well equipped with kitchen essentials. The building has no elevator and the kitchen lacks a range hood.

Customer service. We had a problem because they gave us a 3rd‑floor room without an elevator, which seemed unfair since we paid more than 700 euros for this. They solved it by refunding part of what we paid, so we appreciate that detail. The bed was fabulous and the breakfast had quality products. The elevator was broken and we weren’t warned in time.

“Tolle”

The location, breakfast and staff are very good, extremely friendly, free sweets and tea. Room 007 lacks a wardrobe, has no separate bathroom and toilet, is very open to the whole space, has little storage in the bathroom, is hard to shower, and has no raised shower rod for the shower head.

We booked the apartment next to the hotel . The lift up to the top floor wasn’t working. . We complained and the manager moved us into the hotel Ito another room and told us we would get a refund . After 10 days no refund from booking . com or the hotel very unimpressed as they are both very good at taking you money immediately. Paul Ellis
