We had visited three years earlier with my boyfriend, and the hotel still sits in a great spot; the rooms match the pictures we saw online, and the staff are outstanding, especially Mai, who is exceptionally friendly. We’d definitely suggest this hotel to anyone staying in Hanoi, and the breakfast was truly excellent.

Everything was wonderful—kind, helpful staff, great food, excellent spa services, and a superb location. We loved it so much that we booked an extra night on our return trip to Hanoi! Highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

I had an amazing stay at Hanoi Hotel Boutique & Spa and would definitely recommend it if you’re in Hanoi. The location is honestly perfect: right in the middle of the Old Quarter, yet the hotel itself sits on a very quiet little street with almost no noise. Walking 2–3 minutes puts you in the heart of everything—restaurants, bars, shops, and all the busy streets of Hanoi—so you get the best of both worlds. The rooms were much better and bigger than I expected for this spot. I stayed in the balcony room, which was huge, very clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was also large, with a separate bathtub and shower, making it one of the nicest rooms I’ve had on my trip. What really made this hotel special was the staff. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful and speaks very good English, so arranging anything is easy. A special shout‑out to Mai, the manager, who was amazing. She organized a 3‑day trip to Sapa for me and everything was arranged perfectly. What I appreciated most was that her help didn’t stop after I left the hotel; even while I was in Sapa she stayed in contact, checking that everything was going well and that all promised arrangements were fulfilled. That level of personal service is rare and made a big difference. I also want to mention Rosie at reception, who was always very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Whether I had a question or needed assistance, she was always happy to help and made me feel very comfortable during my stay. It’s one of those hotels where you really feel the people working there care about your experience, rather than just handing you a room and sending you on your way. Great location, beautiful and very clean rooms, almost no noise, and especially amazing people. When I’m back in Hanoi, I’ll definitely stay here again. Easy 10/10 from me and highly recommended! Everything was perfect.
