The location and neighborhood were pretty good and the staff were helpful and pleasant, yet the strange, old smell from the carpet in the room ruined the whole experience; the carpet definitely needs to be replaced or cleaned/maintained much better.
“Ho apprezzato molto il servizio lavatrice e asciugatrice oltre alla piscina aperta fino alle ore 23”
The hotel offered excellent services. Nothing negative to mention.
“went too quick, but was peaceful, and clean”
Very clean and quiet, and it was great to see a local friendly face named Kanisha; we loved everything.
“Poor customer service for management reporting to my credit card”
We were charged for two nights when we only stayed one; every time we called to ask the manager to fix it, we received no response or callback, and $650 for a single night at a Holiday Inn is really stupid.
Nice hotel in this Vermont town; the staff were kind, the room was really big with a fully equipped bathroom and a really nice shower, breakfast was good, and the hotel also has a nice pool and a small gym.
