“The building and room was clean. I do think customer service could be improved.”

The property’s location is convenient, the hotel interior is clean, the room layout is good, and the shower is nice. The mattress was hard, and most of the customer service I encountered was poor. I couldn’t use the laundry services because they were broken. When I called to discuss my bill, I wasn’t greeted properly and had to say hello first; then the staff tried to cut me off because I had booked online, yet it was a charge processed through the hotel.

“FILTHY”

The shower was acceptable, but the property was nasty and did nothing to accommodate me; I’d go elsewhere. The bedding and carpet were dirty and unpleasant.
