The house is brand‑new and very comfortable. Amedeo was very thoughtful on many occasions. Breakfast wasn’t included, yet on Saturday morning he surprised us with two nicely packaged pastry croissants on the kitchen table, complete with a personalized good‑luck note—what a wonderful surprise! The property sits in a ZTL and is truly quiet. There’s also a lovely relaxation area with a chair and books available. Fantastic! The only drawback is that the ZTL means you have to walk a short distance, and the parking is free but 200 m from the house. It’s a bit of a challenge to carry luggage up the narrow staircase.
