Breakfast was a plus for our stay. Francisco and Alejandra were very friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfortable, there was AC, Netflix, clean sheets, and a super clean restroom. It was a very pleasant stay; we felt safe. I would stay again at Soho for sure! Five stars for Cancun‑Soho! Thank you!

Staying for one night after a trip was fine, but I wouldn’t stay longer. A bit needs refreshing.

The room was huge with plenty of beds, and there was a pool. It was close to the airport, had breakfast, and the host was friendly ☺️
