“Don't go there”

There was no answer on the phone number and the locals didn't know who they were; there was no street address. We didn't stay there and had to find a room elsewhere. Everything was bad.

“Horrible experience!”

I was told the hotel was closed when we arrived, and we only learned this after being there for four months! We had to scramble and book another place right away. It’s terrifying that a booking still shows this property as available—please don’t book here.

The place was shut down, yet it still looked like it was operating.

We arrived to find the property permanently closed. We tried every possible way to reach Booking, but got no response, so we booked elsewhere and immediately started a refund request. Two days later we finally got a call from Booking to push the refund, and a few hours later an email arrived saying, “We tried to contact the property on your behalf but received no reply. Since your request came after check‑out, we can’t help you.” This is beyond words. My booking was from May, and there are many reviews complaining about the same issue since April 12. Were we ever warned by Booking? Obviously not. I’ll send a PEC, and if they again say they can’t help, I’ll pursue legal action.

“Arnaque, l’établissement proposé par booking n’existe pas”

The establishment doesn’t exist—what a scam.
