“Nice location but thats pretty much it”

Great location, very nice beach. Good snorkeling, even though a bit small and strong current. The coral is nice. Apart from a couple of staff members, they’re all useless. You order food or drinks, signing on the room, and it never arrives, except when you complain 3‑4 times. Then the servicing of the room is the same. They do one bed, not the other, don’t clean anything, take dirty towels but don’t bring new ones. Food is also bad. Very oily. And - phone don’t work. So you can’t call reception to ask for anything. When we told them they said we should call with our mobile (which would have cost us every time, and they probably wouldn’t have done what we would have asked for). Could give many more examples but overall service was a strong letdown.

“expensive! families might like it better than couples”

Ocean views from our room. Good air con, friendly staff, good coffee, beautiful bathroom. gym was well fitted out and clean. ATM in the foyer. cashless resort. good wifi. Was difficult to find. Nothing nearby so you will need a car. sea Snakes in the water / strong rip. Risk of coconuts falling on you. So many stray cats and dogs in the dining area and everywhere. Huge complex and lots of kids. Three tiny pools, one could just hold a few people. Cleaning staff didn’t remove plates or rubbish. Way overpriced, you can get something much nicer in Apia. Very large place. The masseuse kept putting the hot rocks on my daughter’s sunburn even after she asked them not to. Breakfast was a bit tired and mediocre. cold eggs a couple of the mornings and kids putting their hands all over the buffet breakfast, we couldn’t bring ourselves to have the buffet dinner as it seemed overpriced and the whole area didn’t seem very hygienic

“Beautiful, relaxing and great staff.”

The place is in a perfect spot—quiet, calm, and easy to hop out for day trips. We rented a car from Cruzy Rentals (top notch) and drove ourselves, though the resort also offers ethical tours. Alex was outstanding, standing out with his customer service and attentiveness—10/10 for him. The barista coffees were also really great! The only downside was the pillows, which were uncomfortable, and I’d have preferred a blanket on the bed instead of just a sheet, but that’s just a personal preference.

“Disappointed by the snorkling”

We appreciated having a beachfront room, and the restaurants were decent. One of the main reasons we chose this resort was the reports of excellent snorkeling right off the beach, but it’s too rough and rocky and the coral isn’t that great. The beachfront rooms are very noisy from the sea, so I wouldn’t stay here again.

The room is brand‑new and the sea view is beautiful while sitting or sleeping. The hotel is old, and the system seems to be set up to charge guests more. The bed sheets were dirty, there isn’t even a chair with a sea view in the room, the hot water in the bathroom runs out and cold water comes on, and the breakfast was almost nothing—very weak. The dinner, however, is pricey but offers a lot of variety. The sea is there but you can’t go in because of the current.
