Steve and Julie are great hosts, the place sits near the Tower and other sights, the room was tidy and cozy, and breakfast was superb.

The place was clean, well‑located, had a nice breakfast, and the hosts were friendly. The bathroom was small, but that didn’t bother me and the positives outweighed it.

Julie and Steve are genuinely warm and attentive, reading your wishes off your lips, and the "English breakfast" is served right on site, which is all I can truly praise. Unfortunately, the reviews I had read before my arrival were completely off from reality—what a pity! The hosts are very friendly and helpful, but it seems they are overwhelmed by the hotel. The rooms (with a very small shower in the bathroom), the breakfast area, and even the bar, which was closed (though you could get something if you asked, but I didn’t), were all in a genuinely (I say politely) "not clean" condition. Carpets were dirty, cutlery in the breakfast room was sticky, there were hairs in the bed, the toilet…well, you get the idea.
