Friendly staff and decent food. The hotel offers generous parking and easy access to the Aurina Valley. The restaurant and bar area in a Tyrolean stube style is very nice. The property needs renovation; both the room and the sauna area (and the garden) show clear signs of age and some neglect. As a 4‑star hotel, there should be more options for pillows, a proper shower curtain, and a water bottle in the room (otherwise you’re charged 5,5 € at the restaurant). From a 4‑star rating, you’d expect a bit more attention.

The hotel is well‑maintained and clean, with very polite staff at reception and in the dining area, and a wide range of mostly free services. The location is ideal for exploring the Aurina Valley.

The location is good. However, the organization of services, dining, the solarium with inadequate equipment and dry grass, and mediocre housekeeping all fall short of a 4‑star standard.
