Park was great, room was good. Even after paying for 3 they asked 500 for extra bed , but at end was ok, chai was for 100. Menu should be revised

I was scammed: the booking promised free breakfast but they charged over 1500 for 12 cups of tea, and they delayed my check‑in. Even after booking in advance they said the rooms were full and denied me entry for 1.5 hrs before finally giving me a room that wasn’t cleaned and whose washroom wasn’t hygienic. There was no chef to cook meals, and when I asked for a proper bill they refused and sent me a bill from another resort. If you’re considering staying here, think twice and choose a different place.

We were pleasantly surprised by this property, which we booked on a whim. The location turned out to be great, and the staff were super helpful when we arrived without much knowledge of the area. We got a fantastic deal, and the property itself was lovely.
