The staff were friendly and the location very central with nearby parking; breakfast was satisfactory, always replenished, and they were very helpful. However, there were no shower towels, missing extra towel holders, the floor was dirty, water in the sink and shower didn't drain well, plants outside and in the lounge were dry, overall still room for improvement.

The location, room size, and breakfast were good.

It’s conveniently located.

The place was a mess: dirty rooms, no comfort, bad breakfast, the TV didn’t work, and the heating—at least in the bathroom—was completely non‑functional.

The staff were great, the service was exquisite, and the breakfast was very good, but the towels were very old, we couldn’t turn on the heating, and parking wasn’t free.
