Steve is a fantastic host. The room was nice and located right on Main Street in Ouray. The bed could have been a little more comfortable.

The apartment sat on Ouray's Main Street yet was far enough from shops, hotels, restaurants, and stores to park on the street and stay quiet at night. Steve was an exceptionally good host and very responsive to our specific needs. Our apartment was very cozy with spacious living and kitchen areas and a nice bedroom that had a table with two chairs overlooking the gorgeous mountains surrounding Ouray. Thanks, Steve! The walls had hooks and there was a coffee maker; the shower head was decent. The door lock was upgraded, which was a downside.

The space was spacious and the instructions were clear. The A/C unit was incredibly loud and ruined the experience.

A solid base for hikes to Ouray, Silverton, and Ridgway. Although dated with a few minor issues, the interior was immaculate, the kitchen had all appliances and AC, and communication with the hosts was flawless.
