“Non ci tornerò mai più e non lo consiglierò”
The distance to the station is over 800 m, not 400 m as advertised, so it’s not suitable for travelers with heavy luggage. Getting the keys requires a stressful, overly complicated route. I was alone but was charged the tourist tax twice (as if we were two people). Elevator access has a drop of less than 50 cm, so the place is unsuitable for bikers and those with bulky luggage. There is no fire escape plan (only useless signage on the stairs indicating the exit). No fire extinguishers on the stairs, in the shared apartment area, or in the individual rooms. If a fire were to break out, someone in a room would have no hope. There are only two shared bathrooms (without accessories and lacking toilet paper) for six rooms. The neighborhood next to the apartment is quite neglected and dirty. If I could suggest a price, it shouldn’t be higher than 20 €/night.
