Both the location and the facilities. Nothing.

The front desk was welcoming and the rooms were spotless, and the hotel’s location is great. No complaints.

Only the location. The furniture is old, the bedding is old, the bathroom doors are fragile, the room faces the main road and is noisy, there is no sound insulation between rooms.
