Free breakfast was nice, but there weren't many choices. The shower floor in room 123 needs fixing because water was leaking out of the area.

Bugs were in the bagel case, the waffle batter was awful, the juice machine was broken, and there were no paper towels in the restroom. The coffee machine worked, so I went elsewhere for breakfast. The staff were unhelpful; the attendant gave no explanation for the poor breakfast and his attitude was terrible. I would not recommend this place.

Location was fine, but the shower water leaked onto the bathroom floor. Trash wasn’t emptied unless we asked, and we had to fetch clean towels and washcloths ourselves. We couldn’t use them because we had to mop up the floor with them, which was dirty. We shouldn’t have had to ask more than once.

The place was close to shops, but it was 100° and no one turned on the air. It took three hours for the room to cool. I had to request new sheets and a bedspread; the manager said no one was available, so he personally changed the bedspread. We stayed two days, yet there were only enough towels and washcloths for one day and no one came to replace them. The room lacked a security top lock after a break‑in, and the door frame was still damaged. I wanted a first‑floor room but was given a second‑floor one. The showerhead looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned since it was installed 20 years ago. I’m glad I brought my own sheets because I wouldn’t have risked sleeping on theirs. Overall, it feels like a motel, not a hotel, and we will never stay there again. The breakfast they claim is laughable. They renovated the lobby while the rooms still need work.
