Facilities, location, cleanliness, security. Additional toilet area would be nice for the powered and unpowered sites

“Could have been lovely but the pool and noise made it not enjoyable.”

The bike track, mini‑golf, putt‑putt, and tennis courts were solid, and the splash park was enjoyable. Toilets and showers were generally clean. However, the pool was freezing and needed an update—broken tiles and filters were an issue. Though not the host’s fault, other guests were extremely loud past 10 pm, and for a site of this size, some security or noise enforcement is necessary; families with small children had to ask people directly for quiet, which was untenable.

“Family fun like it was the ‘90s again! We had a wonderful time going back in time.”

The location is outstanding, and the riverside villas are newer, larger, and more comfortable than the cabins. The park is perfect for kids of all ages, including adults. The tap water was brown (apparently uncommon, so maybe we were unlucky this weekend), all fly screens were broken, and the bedroom blinds were also damaged. Regular maintenance would help justify the high price of the villas, and a heads‑up to pack our own water would have been useful. Other than that, it was a fun weekend.
