The staff were friendly but not very professional. They charged me twice for my stay even though I had already paid, and if I hadn’t checked with my bank I would have paid twice; that alone took 40 minutes. When I requested laundry, it wasn’t delivered to my room, and I had to ask again and wait another 40 minutes for it to arrive.

A spotless hotel and you can walk straight to the shopping centre, but the price is a bit steep. It’s not on the main metro line to the city centre, and the restaurant could serve better food – the steak we had was 30 % fat and full of connective tissue.

A very good hotel for those going to matches at San Siro – it’s a 30‑minute walk and the rooftop bar is also great. It’s close to the metro. The pool was shockingly cold, the water in the rooms should be refilled daily, and breakfast was a bit limited.

1. Literie de qualité 2. Les pancakes du petit déjeuner sont excellents ! 3. Bel hôtel dans sa globalité, tout le charme de cette ancienne église. 4. Inutile de chercher où garer, il y a des milliers de places dans la rue. 5. La localisation était parfaite pour nous car nous avions un véhicule de location. 1. L’eau de la piscine est super froide, mais n’étant pas frileuse, ça ne m’a pas d’empêché de profiter de la piscine. 2. Les jus de fruits du petit-déjeuner n’étaient pas bons. 3. Il me semblait avoir déjà réglé en ligne les 40€ de la taxe touriste (10€ par nuit et par personne), mais j’ai été surprise de les payer (à nouveau) sur place. Car le paiement indiquait : taxes et frais compris

The bed was excellent and the pool area lovely; some people complained about the cold water but I was fine with it. At first the place felt a bit remote from city life, yet there are nice independent eateries just a short walk east. If you skip daily room cleaning you get a voucher for a free drink in the pool area – a beer costs €8. It wasn’t clear what was complimentary in the room and what wasn’t.
