The hotel is close to the airport, offers a pickup service, and the owner is serious and professional; the rooms are clean. The bed was a bit soft and not very long.

I chose this hotel for a two‑night stay after arriving. It seemed pretty close to the airport, and the breakfast was included. The owner picked me up from the airport because he was already taking a guest there; I waited a bit for him and I’m very grateful, as I couldn’t call a taxi that night even though I usually have no trouble getting one to Kutaisi for a late flight. The central tower of the hotel looks like a castle, which intrigued me when I was picking a place to stay after arrival. Inside, there’s a huge hall two stories high, and the rooms are mostly on the upper perimeter, giving a nice view down to the staircase decorated with flower pots. The grounds are quite large with open green space. In the tree‑lined park area I found a hammock and settled in happily. Internet is available, but the speed is typical of hotels and isn’t enough for streaming, though it’s fine for basic use. The room is minimally equipped; the main feature is a screen on the window. A construction foam mirror in the foyer looked oddly striking against the luxurious lobby backdrop. The hotel’s decoration is handled by Miranda, who fed me breakfast and suggested visiting the Nikoloz Nikoladze estate, for which I’m very thankful; the park there is simply magical (I didn’t have time to visit the house itself, but the park was far more interesting). She cooks wonderfully, and I caught the scent of her roasted chicken in saffron salt, prepared for late guests, with longing (I had to decline tasting it because it was too late for me, but the aroma filled the whole building). The next day, as planned, I moved to Kutaisi and this time there were no taxi issues. For a guest house staying one or two nights, everything was fine.

A great place to stay near Kutaisi airport. The host, Shota, arranged a late dinner for us because we wouldn't have time for breakfast before our early train to Tbilisi, and it was very tasty! He also drove us to the station. The room was clean and everything worked.
