“Amazing place for up north, Jo the host made it truly special”
Looking for a spot up north in Siargao? I highly recommend this hotel. It sits atop a hill surrounded by greenery everywhere. We used it as a base to drive around the whole north; it's a short distance from Alegría and Burgos! What made this trip to Querencia truly special was having Jo as our host. She is the sweetest, most thoughtful, and kind host! Jo always made sure we were okay, provided my partner with medication, offered us food when it rained, and was just so welcoming and kind. This trip wouldn't be the same without her smile, so THANK YOU JO FOR EVERYTHING. When we come back we really hope you are there! The room was spacious, but my only gripe is that the owner should invest in a better shower system because it only drips water. Ants also come in, but you have to accept that in a tropical jungle.
