We booked three rooms for a group of six and everyone absolutely loved it. Every morning, we'd wake up and head to yoga together - some of our friends were hesitant at first, but they ended up loving it so much they went every day. In the afternoons, we'd book a big spa room and get massages together, chatting and relaxing. We'd spend our evenings swimming in the huge pool, taking photos, and then grab a drink at the bar.

“Poor complaint service. Room did not match description. Incredibly expensive for the state of the rooms. Manager lied ab”

We were really looking forward to our stay, but things didn't quite go as planned. The villa we booked was supposed to be a spacious two-bedroom place with a living room and bathtub, but what we got was a single room with two beds. To make matters worse, the airport transfer was ridiculously expensive, and the drivers seemed lost when they arrived. We tried to get a refund, but the process has been a nightmare, with no progress after five days. Needless to say, we won't be back.

The staff here were super friendly and helpful, which made our stay a lot more enjoyable. However, the location is a bit of a trek from the nightlife and restaurants, so if you're looking for a lively atmosphere, this might not be the best choice.

“Couldn't stay”

The pool was the highlight of our stay, but unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The villa was tiny and didn't match the pictures at all, with a rough-finished bathroom that was a nightmare to use. My five-year-old son couldn't even reach the sink taps, and to top it off, a giant spider fell on me while I was using the toilet.
