“Old hotel”
The hotel is advertised as a 5‑star, but the room was not clean.
The location is good, but the Wi‑Fi and breakfast were lacking.
“Not worth it if you are looking for a family stay. Unhygienic hotel”
Being on a main road is convenient, but the place feels unhygienic and the staff seem untrained. The room was dirty and the breakfast was also unhygienic.
The pool exists but isn't very clean. The photos of the property are misleading; it looks good online but it's actually old and poorly maintained, so I wouldn't recommend it because it needs major renovation. They didn't provide any tea or coffee sachets, and even the telephone was broken.
The location is spot on. The staff were friendly and upgraded us to a super deluxe room even though we booked a deluxe. The room itself was clean, spacious, and well maintained. The breakfast buffet could have been better—no real fruit juice, limited options, and nothing in dessert to start the morning, but otherwise everything was cool.
