The spot is great, just a few steps from Plaza Grande, and the hotel itself was flawless. The only issue was a bit of a ruckus in the early morning, but that was caused by other guests who didn’t respect quiet hours—nothing the hotel could do.

The location is very good in the heart of the city, and you can walk to many places; parking is 2 cuadras away, but it served us well. The price for the accommodation is appropriate, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is good—there isn’t a lot of variety, but it’s quality food. At least two people at reception were not friendly. The first one, when we arrived, seemed to scold us before even handing over the room, explaining what could not be done. When I asked about late checkout, she seemed annoyed or as if she thought I didn’t want to pay the extra; I don’t know. Once, she asked my wife if we had been at the alberca, she answered yes, and immediately the tipa said, “take your stuff and clothes cannot be left there… and it wasn’t ours.” It would have been easier to ask politely, just to clarify.

Vriendelijk personeel en een top ontbijt. Het ligt in het centrum dus alles is goed te doen op loopafstand. Het is een luidruchtig hotel. Al vroeg in de ochtend hoor je het personeel op de gang praten, waarbij je dus alles kan horen. De bedden lagen ook niet heel lekker

The location, the buffet breakfast, and the service are all excellent. The elevator was very slow and took a while to open, and the room’s climate control made the room feel cold even though I set it to a warmer setting.
