“300€ di caparra bloccata per un mese”
They don’t joke around with people. As soon as I arrived, I was asked for a €300 deposit (the clause was written at the very end, not at the beginning). It was deducted from my account. I asked when those €300 would be released (what a joke), and she replied that the San Paolo bank would release them immediately, while other banks were slower. My stay ended after a week and my money was still missing; she told me she couldn’t help and to contact my bank. I went to the bank and they said the €300 block lasted a month. Taking €300 as a deposit is excessive, even double what I paid for two days of stay, and I refuse to accept the joke. Those €300 could have been useful to me during my stay in Cagliari or even more during the month I spent there. I strongly advise against it and would call them scammers.
We had a pleasant stay, simple but delicious breakfast at a small nearby restaurant. The Junior Suite does not match the pictures at all. You must book the check‑in time in advance or you won’t get the time you want. The service is very strict and inflexible. It is very noisy outside, especially at night and early in the morning.
The spot is spot on, but remember this place isn’t a hotel with a front desk; it’s more like a hotel‑style apartment with various rooms rented out. The breakfast isn’t served in the building itself; you have to go to a café next door.
“Soggiorno ok”
The room was spacious and clean, centrally located, and the breakfast, which is done with a voucher at a nearby bar, was enjoyable. Booking does not make it clear that you book a property through three steps: booking, holiday, and then the property manager. Some important information is hidden in the general booking description, such as check‑in only until 21:00 and the need for a credit card for a security deposit. It’s not easy to contact the holiday service if needed. The property manager was available for a later check‑in and for small needs. What was unclear was the type of hotel‑like property on booking.
The location is good. There is no parking. Some rooms, away from the main building, are weaker than the others.
