The front desk was friendly and tried to sort things out when I complained, but the suite I booked turned out to be a sauna – the only air‑conditioner was in the lounge and the bedroom stayed sweltering even with the unit cranked to max. I asked to be moved because I was traveling with a little girl, and they shifted us to a smaller studio, yet they refused to refund the price difference and even tried to charge me extra for a sheet change at checkout.
