The location was great and the staff were very friendly, especially Miss Montiel who was super attentive and helpful, though the building over the viaduct made it noisy.

The staff were lovely, so friendly and helpful, the central location was nice, laundry services and a kitchen let you cook, downstairs there was coffee, tea and sometimes popcorn, but our room faced a very busy main road – it was cool to watch during the day but very noisy at rush hour.

Everyone on staff was very friendly and ready to help with anything you need, the facilities covered all needs and the location was fantastic, and even though the area has poor network coverage we never had Wi‑Fi problems.
