A picturesque place for a mountain retreat, a good restaurant with excellent cuisine, and there is even a zoo on the premises. In the cabin the heater and air conditioner quickly raised the temperature. There was no Wi‑Fi in the cabin, but we were given a router immediately; the shower head didn’t work, but it was replaced right away; there was no kettle in the cabin, but a brand‑new kettle was provided immediately. Any issues were resolved lightning‑fast.

A beautiful place! Silence and enjoyment of nature. Good breakfast. The place is wonderful with great potential, but unfortunately feels aimless. First we were given a different bungalow than the one we booked. Well, that’s fine. Then it turned out there was a broken shower. While we waited for a replacement room, there was no water. Consequently the restaurant closed. We couldn’t dine or wash up. Luckily we bought a small snack on the way and used it. A kettle and refrigerator were not provided in the room. We filled water from the river (luckily it was there). In the morning, when water returned, the toilet flush didn’t work. No explanations or apologies from staff followed.

Beautiful between the mountains, nice staff and good, affordable food. Only Wi‑Fi in the restaurant, not in the cottages. The boiler didn’t work properly, so there was no hot water for showering for hours. We were only here one night and really looked forward to cleaning up after a big hike.

The location and restaurant are great, yet the house feels empty with no furnishings at all. The bed was terrible, the shower curtain was too short and water splashed everywhere afterward. There is an air conditioner that can heat, but overall comfort could be improved with one or two upgrades.
